Heather is a Licensed Professional Counselor  (LPC). Heather works with clients ages 3 and older, and has experience dealing with issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, self-esteem, and behavioral issues. Heather has an eclectic approach, using primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Client-Centered techniques (depending on the particular client’s need), and can also do Play Therapy with younger children. She also co-facilitates Social Skills groups through the agency. Heather obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Carroll College in Waukesha in 2009. She went on to receive her Master’s Degree in Community Counseling from Concordia University of Wisconsin in 2012.

Meagan Grosskreutz Psychotherapist LPC

Meagan has experience working with clients ages four through adulthood providing individual, family, couples and group therapy. She has an eclectic approach to counseling using the following approaches as needed: mindfulness, client-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, narrative therapy, art and play therapy. Meagan specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, LGBTQ, anger, parenting issues, self-esteem, life transitions, communication issues, panic disorders, stress management, and family concerns in addition to working with individuals who have disabilities (physical, learning, and cognitive) or chronic illness and their families. Based on personal experience, Meagan is aware having a loved one with a disability or chronic illness not only impacts the individual in its own unique way, but also impacts the lives of the parents, grandparents, siblings, aunts, uncles and cousins. She is able to adapt her approach to fit the needs of each individual client.

Angela D. Harris, Psychotherapist MS, LPC-IT,  Clinical Administrator

Angela completed her graduate internship at Applied Therapies and Wellness Center, S.C. and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Training (LPC-IT). Angela works with children ages 3 and older, adolescents and adults from all backgrounds and cultures. Angela’s therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy and Play Therapy. Her primary focus is on individuals who experience grief, loss and bereavement, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Angela received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Educational Psychology with a concentration in Community Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Angela is also the Clinical Administrator at Applied Therapies and Wellness Center, S.C.

Katherine McCulloch, Psychologist PhD

Dr. McCulloch provides psychological services to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting. Services include individual, family and couples therapy. In addition, a significant portion of her time is spent conducting assessments that address the following: forensic issues (at times requiring court testimony), medical pre-surgical psychiatric evaluations, pervasive developmental disorders, neurocognitive disorders, trauma, substance abuse, and learning disabilities.

Darlene Shea Psychotherapist MS, LPC-IT

Darlene is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Training (LPC-IT). She works with children age 3 and older, adolescents, adults, and families. Darlene has experience helping clients with behavioral issues, parenting issues, life changes, anxiety, depression, anger, self-esteem, abuse, and a variety of trauma issues. The approaches she uses most often include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Play Therapy with the younger clients. She uses a variety of approaches in her treatment to best meet each individual client’s need. Darlene has also co-facilitated Social Skills Groups for children age 4-6 year olds and 7-10 year olds. Her experience includes a one year counseling internship here at Applied Therapies and she also has experience working with preschool age children and their families in an educational setting for approximately twenty years. Darlene’s educational background includes an Associate Degree in Child Care and Development, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and a Master’s Degree in Counseling.
